In late 2021, CHEO reached out to UK Pods, setting the stage for a groundbreaking partnership. By 2022, Palkesh’s initial trial visit was nothing short of a success—sparking a rapid expansion of the program across the entire site and community. The momentum didn’t stop there: interest surged in 2023, and Palkesh has returned to Canada four times since to collaborate with local teams. Today, 25 locations nationwide are benefiting from The Safety Pod™, with expansion showing no signs of slowing down.
