Our dedicated team of Safety Pod Technicians carry out service & refills daily across the country. Follow this guide to ensure that your Safety Pod remains at its optimum standard for safety.

• Place The Safety Pod^TM in a ‘set up’ position on an even surface to carry out thorough maintenance checks
• Check The Safety Pod^TM on a weekly basis, this can be done using the Safety Pod Indication Band alongside the maintenance log supplied for your reference. Safety Pod indication bands can be purchased on the website
• When set up, The Safety Pod^TM should maintain an even level from front to back and across to each side
• If the hood of The Safety Pod^TM passes the half way seam or appears uneven, The Safety Pod^TM may require a refill or service. It is recommended to use a Safety Pod Indication Band to identify if The Safety Pod^TM requires a service

Each service visit covers up to 8 Safety Pods per site. Additional Safety Pods can be included for servicing at an extra cost, which will be outlined in your quotation.

Our Safety Pod Technicians can only service the amount of Safety Pods specified on the quote/order.
Please ensure all Safety Pods are taken to a central location and are easily accessible for our team (e.g. reception).

The UK Pods Ltd Servicing Team are not authorised to enter clinical areas.

Servicing takes place externally in our mobile servicing vehicle.
