The journey, led by our Business Process Manager, Rebecca Claydon, began with a comprehensive review of all our operations—from manufacturing and logistics to administration; “over six months, we worked hard to streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and align our processes with ISO 9001 standards. Once the internal changes were implemented, UK Pods Ltd underwent an official audit, which led to us receiving the ISO 9001 accreditation. “To maintain these high standards, we’ll continue to undergo annual audits, ensuring we stay on track”.

Of course, it wasn’t without its challenges. As Rebecca recalls, “One of the major hurdles was getting customers used to a new, formal quotation process. We made sure to provide close support and guidance, helping our clients understand the benefits of a more structured system. Internally, our staff received the necessary training to adapt to the updated processes, which ensured smooth implementation across all departments.”
